I have enough shots to take out 6 with shotgun and 10 with 22! Don’t need a .223 of 5.56 in semi auto rifle with 30-100 bullets… if we had NFA stamp for guns most couldn’t own them! ...

If you know the manufacturer you can also look them up and see what the barrel is rated for. If it is 5.56 it will shoot both 5.56 and .223. Same if the barrel is .223 Wylde chambered.
