In small forges, hereditary Suzangars manually make pichaks - Uzbek knives. Each of the pichaks has its own purpose. WebCarved Wood and Metal Art. Almost every Uzbek bazaar will feature lots of vendors selling knives, daggers, and even swords, all adorned with decorative carvings.
