In the individual analysis, brand psychological ownership was found to have a positive effect on brand citizenship behaviour. WebOrganizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has been defined as “individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization” (Organ, 1988, p.4).
