CV's are mostly ineffective now. Specially if you are a poor bastard that gets dropped into a match 2 tiers higher than you. Your planes cant compete with the ridiculous AA. I can say all 4 are good cv that can work in any battle, but +2 mm makes it hella hard with ships like wooster and mino in the mix. You are subject to different laws for the dictation of engagements, the dealing of damage, and the receiving of damage. By any objective context, the way CV's are implemented is disgusting and they don't belong. WebAny reports you make in the teamlist will do nothing but reduce the reported player's karma amount. Except for being reported for chat abuse, in which case the battle chat will be checked by an automated system searching for certain words and expressions. And anyone caught using them will face a temporary chat ban.
