This is because the pupil ellipse is often highly eccentric and partially occluded by eyelashes. WebMar 25, 2024 · The program automates the process of tracking pupil contraction and dilation by extracting data frame-by-frame and fitting an ellipse on each frame image to track the pupil's size. The system was built using the Python programming language and the graphical user interface was written in PyQt5.
